The Pullaiar Ganadevi or Selvavinayagar Kovil is situated at Katukele, Kandy.

The shrine seen here today is the third building erected on this site. The Kovil is believed to have originated during the reign of King Kirthi Sri Rajasinghe (1747-1782). However, Anuradha Seneviratne in his book ‘Mahanuwara’ claims that the shrine was built circa 1840. Many rituals are performed at this shrine on the day of the Diya Kapeema.
